The Founding

Very early in life, I started asking myself: Why are we actually here? And: What am I doing here? After starting my career at a bank and completing my first degree, every day felt heavy – getting up, going to work, trying to find meaning in it all. I was surrounded by smart and kind people, yet still disappointed by life.

Switching to a small family business that sold lubricants was a break – but also my ticket to the world. At 20, I moved to the US and quickly learned what it means to survive in a highly competitive environment. It was tough, but it had purpose. I could shape things, build something, take on responsibility.

Seven years later, I was CEO of the US subsidiary and also led the UK, Sweden, and Asia-Pacific operations. I believed in what I was doing. Creating value with teams I had built myself, working with people I truly respected – that felt right. Nothing like before.

The following years took me into international leadership roles as VP and CEO – challenging, but incredibly formative. All the cultures, encounters, and experiences paid off. I became convinced: success is built through people – through direction, clarity, trust, and space to grow. Our company outgrew itself and was eventually acquired by the market leader.

And then I found myself at a crossroads. Reflecting during my sabbatical, I suddenly knew very clearly what I wanted: to move companies forward, lead teams, solve complex problems – ideally with people you enjoy working with. Not thinking about work-life balance, but about life itself.

That’s exactly what I want to do with LB10 AG. I’m grateful to be able to draw on my network, my experience, and the trust I’ve built over many years across various industries. Together with a great team, we actively seek out companies that need what I often lacked as a CEO: resources, time, and people who truly take ownership.

About Tim

I’m Tim Lämmle – an entrepreneur by passion and a leadership personality with experience across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Throughout my career, I’ve led, shaped, and developed small and mid-sized businesses. Together with my teams, we’ve built strategies, restructured organisations, and expanded international sales – through subsidiaries and distributor networks, always with a focus on operational excellence.

Whether it’s a turnaround, international expansion, or integrating a mid-sized company into a large corporation – I’ve successfully managed a wide range of complex and exciting business transformations.

What drives me is the desire to create meaningful change. I believe in clarity, structure, and accountability – and in the idea that lasting success is built on human integrity, strong teams, and a genuine commitment to performance. Vision, authenticity, and execution power are not optional for me – they are essential.

In the next chapter of my professional life, I aim to share my experience and entrepreneurial instinct – as a consultant with my team and as a sparring partner & executive coach for companies and their leadership.

Sandra brings over 15 years of experience working closely with executive teams – in SMEs, international corporations, and public institutions. Her focus lies in creating structure, fostering clarity, and driving effective implementation – especially during times of transformation or when operational excellence is key. With strong organisational talent and a highly efficient work style, she reliably leads projects to success – even under demanding conditions. She thinks ahead, acts with structure, and maintains perspective, even in complex settings.

Whether it’s international sales and subsidiary structures, contract management, integrated management systems, change processes, digital tools, or company-wide initiatives – Sandra combines strategic thinking with execution power, a commitment to quality, and a keen sense for communication.

What drives her? Creating impact – when ideas become structures, and structures turn into results.

Today, as founder and CEO of heyteo AG, Chris brings his expertise to the development of smart, AI-powered solutions for sales and customer experience. He thinks in terms of technology but acts with a human-centered approach – with deep understanding of frontline processes, conversational sales, and data-driven decision architecture.

Luca brings over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and operational execution within the MedTech and healthcare industries – combining strategic thinking with strong implementation skills. At LB10 AG, he supports clients through strategic growth and transformation processes, with a particular focus on market development, sales excellence, and sustainable sales structures.

In his previous role as Sales & Marketing Manager Switzerland at Lohmann & Rauscher, Luca led a team of over 20 people and was responsible for revenue, strategy, and execution across three business units. Earlier roles at Becton Dickinson, Mositech, and Mobau Partner AG highlight his broad operational experience – from key account management and project leadership to organisational development.

Luca stands out for his strong execution discipline, clear communication, and motivating leadership style. He has a talent for breaking down complex challenges, taking ownership – and turning pragmatic solutions into reality together with his clients.

About Daniel

Senior Strategic and Organizational Consultant

Daniel has over three decades of experience in marketing, sales, and consulting – across all levels of management. Continuous and targeted education and training have been the foundation of his exceptional career. His professional path is closely tied to the construction industry: from field sales to product management and on to executive leadership of internationally operating companies, he has consistently worked in technical industries. As CEO and board member, he has driven transformations, developed markets, and left a lasting mark on organizations.

About Melanie

Finance, Controlling and Accounting

Melanie is precision personified – structured, analytical, and with an eye for detail that misses nothing. After several years in the US, where she graduated top of her class in Finance at California State University in Long Beach, she gained in-depth experience in accounting, controlling, and strategic financial analysis – including roles in media production in Los Angeles, at Credit Suisse, and most recently as a controller for a Swiss education group.

At LB10 AG, Melanie supports our mandates with exactly what complex projects often lack: reliable numbers, thoughtful analyses, and operational confidence in all things finance and controlling. She ensures budgets are met, deviations are detected early, and all relevant KPIs are clearly presented – so not a single cent goes astray.

Melanie quickly finds her footing in any environment, works with persistence and depth – bringing calm and structure to our clients’ organisations.

About Rolf

Senior Advisor – Corporate Finance & M&A

Dr. Rolf Bachmann brings over 30 years of experience in international investment banking and strategic management consulting. As Senior Advisor at LB10 AG, he stands for outstanding expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and strategic transaction support – particularly in complex, cross-border environments.
After earning his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, Rolf began his career at McKinsey, where he spent 15 years advising international corporations on on strategy, M&A and corporate finance topics. In 2007, he founded the Swiss office of Lazard in Zurich, which he successfully led for over 11 years. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Intesa Sanpaolo / REYL, overseeing transactions and financings with an international scope.
Throughout his career, Rolf has completed around 60 transactions with a total volume exceeding CHF 70 billion. Today, he brings this deep expertise to the table exactly where strategic direction and financial excellence intersect – whether in buy & build strategies, succession planning, or partnership models.
